Easter 2013

It's been a good 2 1/2 months since I've given you guys an update.  Probably because the first few months were "too cold" for El Paso to be out at the parks.  We started going only when it was 60 degrees or higher since no one else was out.  The people here tend to stay indoors unless it's above 70, I think.

Biggest news is probably that we found out we're expecting a bundle of joy end of July.  Little Isaac Goce or Seliora Mae will join us soon :)

This week we have been working hard on all of the last minute preparations for an Easter Egg Hunt Josh and I were organizing.  We went to the park everyday we could for some last minute handing-out-flyers.  Besides having a regular Easter Egg Hunt, we had hot dogs, chips & juice drinks for the families - all free.  I think the event went really well.  I would say there were about 200 people there (counting kids, parents, & all the help from 1st church)  lol, I think the ice cream truck made out at our event too.  We didn't buy soda/pop, but if you really wanted it you could get it from him.  I had brought my camera, but was unable to take pictures since we were needed all over the place
