Mid-May Update

It's been over a month since I've sat down to write an update.  Life in El Paso is starting to pick up and get busier.  Josh is still working for Pizza Hut, Esther is growing like any 2 year old should.

I've started a part time job showing fine cutlery.  It's a nice job, kind of like those who show MaryKay, but I got 3 days of training and we have managers dedicated to help us succeed.  I also get paid just to show so no one has to buy from me to help me out.  I've done local and virtual presentations, so anyone wanting to help me out can call and we can have fun chatting and looking at kitchen knives together.  So, adding that to the mix of everything we do is showing challenges.

Esther's baby brother will be here in 2 months or so.  The pregnancy is healthy and normal so far, I am so thankful for that.  We're deciding between calling him Isaac Gozo or Malachi Paz.  I like both names equally, so we might not even really decide until he's here in our arms.

Josh & I are doing the prep work for a work & witness team that's coming to El Paso next month.  I think this is our biggest prayer request, because it's going to be the first team of the summer and we'll be the leading missionaries because the missionaries who normally do it will be at general assembly promoting NBI.  So, it's a bit scary to think that we'll be leading but I know and trust that we will learn and grow by this experience.  Today we're going to one of the Food Banks to see if the team can serve there on one of their days here.
